Retired as Division Director of Research, Analysis & Strategic Intelligence with Operations Strategy Branch, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, British Columbia headquarters. Served for two years as national Director of Change Management with RCMP headquarters in Ottawa.
Doctorate in Human & Organizational Systems, Masters degrees in Human Development as well as Leadership and Training, undergrad in Public Administration, Certificate in Peer Counselling.
Issues management experience with international and national corporations, not-for-profits, professional associations, and government intelligence and law enforcement agencies including U.S. Homeland Security. Work has taken me to Asia, South America, North America.
