The process emphasizes the importance of asking employees what they think is both important in the workplace and how good a job is being done, engaging them in direct conversations and brain storming about areas within their control, aligning new actions with the purpose of an organization, and delivering results through a series of measurable outcomes that are continually reviewed and updated.
